I was asked to leave it out. In time the history of VO will become more clear, but at least for the present and near future no one that was intimately involved in VO would like it appearing on a history list. It was meant to be private and never be made public until the time was right which never came. The trauma associated with VO is still too recent for the pain associated with it to have eased.
Don't worry about the history being lost, it just will take time to surface. As the saying goes, time heals all wounds.
